A backdrop of undeveloped open space gives a feeling of quiet privacy, while being located only a few minutes from downtown Truckee.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.

- This property is equipped with exterior surveillance devices at the following locations: (1) the front door 2) driveway/exterior of garage 3) back patio 4) left side of the house. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door, driveway area, back patio and open space behind back patio, and exterior left side of the house. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. However, no video or audio is recorded inside the home.
