The 2017 newly renovated and awarded by the DTV with 5 stars holiday home on the dike offers you fantastically beautiful living for 2-4 people in the idyllic fishing village Greetsiel.
Enjoy your holiday in North Sea in our comfortable, high-quality equipped and bright holiday home with private garden plot, where you can spend nice and relaxing days in any weather.
The Reethuus was built in 2006 with elements of Dutch renaissance and north German clinker. In 1a location directly on the Old Dike, you have 140 square meters of living space under thatch and a 382 square meter garden plot exclusively available.
The ground floor dominates the spacious, bright living area in a modern ambience and with access to the sunny south-west terrace. It also houses an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to a second covered terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. In addition, the ground floor of the hallway with cloakroom and guest toilet and a utility room with free-use washing machine. The living area is equipped with a 117 cm satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and radio. A fast DSL connection and a WLAN ensure the availability of the Internet throughout the house.
An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is designed with natural, oiled planks. This contains 2 large bedrooms (with 180 cm double beds, satellite TV, DVD player, blackout blinds and insect repellent for an undisturbed sleep) and the feel-good bath, where you can relax in the bathtub overlooking the dike.
And when you sit in the gallery at the end of the day, enjoy the unique view of the Leyhörn nature reserve, the passing shrimp boat or the marina and drink a glass of wine, you do not want to leave this island of tranquility.
The well-kept grounds with 2 terraces, beach chairs, garden furniture and barbecue complete a garden house with Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit and a parking space.
Immediately behind the Reethuus extends the Old Dike, which takes you directly to the nature reserve Leyhörn and only 500 meters away swimming lake (with beach and excellent fresh water quality). The historic core of the fishing village of Greetsiel is just a few minutes away. Pure enjoyment is also the walk on the dike to the famous landmark of Krummhörn, the Pilsum lighthouse ...
