You have the entire home and the full fenced backyard to yourselves. The large garage is off limits.
The Neighborhood:
Located directly on Hwy 33, this home is only a couple of minutes from I4 and a few miles from Florida Polytechnic. Walt Disney World is only a short distance away as well as Tampa, Busch Gardens.
Getting Around:
We recommend bringing a car. The house sits directly on Hwy 33 with I-4 a couple of minutes away, which puts LEGOLAND 20 to 30 minutes east, Disney 30 to 45, and Tampa and Busch Gardens 45 to 60 west. Parking is free on site.
Other Things to Note:
➤ Booking & Guest Policies
✓ Please enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking to ensure accurate pricing and avoid issues at check-in.
✓ All guests must be registered prior to arrival.
✓ Please let us know of any issues right away. We can't fix the issue if we are not made aware of it.
➤ Pet Policy
✓ Pets must be registered and the pet fee paid before check-in.
✓ Excessive barking must be managed to avoid neighbor complaints.

Excellent communication, very comfortable stay, we extended our stay by 2 days. Easy access to the interstate, Target & Publix are close. We will definitely book again.

The house was decorated very cute and had a cozy feel. The house was a little small for a family of 6 but we made it work for the short time in Lakeland. But was a lot cheaper than having to get multiple hotel rooms. Was in a nice neighborhood, I am from Lakeland so I know what areas not to rent in. Not sure if the guest before us had a dog but there was dog hair everywhere( not a big deal) but wanted to mention.
Overall was very nice and comfortable

The property had been recently renovated inside and out. Was one of the cleanest rentals we’d ever stayed in before. Perfect size for 4 adults. Smaller dining and family room areas. Located within 5-10 minutes of multiple shopping and dining options.
