For our guests of all ages, the house is equipped with blinds throughout, as well as underfloor heating on the first floor and in the upstairs bathroom. The spacious terrace, complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a grill, invites you to relax in the North Sea air.
The house is privately managed and therefore features exclusive amenities. Whether it’s a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio, or a washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher—it’s all here!
A Wi-Fi connection is also available for your use free of charge. A Nintendo Switch is connected to the Smart TV (including controllers and a game collection).
This very spacious semi-detached house offers approximately 85 square meters of living space, spread across the first floor, upper floor, and an open sleeping loft in the attic. We don’t allow bunk beds here!
A high chair and a crib (1.40 x 0.70 m) are provided. The garden features a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table. There’s plenty of space in our garden shed for the bicycles you bring with you. A bike rental shop is located right around the corner.
Your parking spot is right in front of the house. In addition to other public parking spots, there’s also a fast-charging station (120 kW) just a few meters away. A beach chair is available free of charge on the beautiful sandy beach of Hooksiel.
