Well-situated, newly remodeled home near Old Town Pasadena and Pasadena City College with a gel foam King-size bed, comfortable Queen bed, and full sized bed, well-stocked kitchen, Smart TV & free Netflix access, Full size pull-out couch. This cozy space is perfect for travelers and small groups looking for a comfortable spot just a short driving distance away from Old Town shops and easy access to the 210 freeway.
*This property is a private front house unit with tenants living in the back house*

Open concept 3-bedroom home with approximately 1100 square feet of space.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: King bed and closet (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and closet with access to main bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Full Size bed (sleeps 1)
Pull-out Couch: Full size bed (sleeps 1)
BATHROOM:
1 full bathroom and all essentials (shower, conditioner, body wash)
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with Microwave, Stovetop, Toaster Oven, Rice Cooker, Coffee Machine (+ free coffee grounds), and more!
** NO DISHWASHER **
LIVING ROOM:
Smart TV with free Netflix access
Backyard:
Washer & Dryer available for use with detergent provided
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire front property, front patio, backyard and laundry area.

PARKING:
There is one free parking space on premises. Pasadena does not allow overnight parking on the streets, from 2-6am, without a parking permit. A link will be sent over message to purchase online after booking.
Permits are $3 at the firehouse, and $4 online.
PETS:
Allowed with a $50 pet fee per booking

This was the perfect, relaxing place for my family to get together for my seminary graduation. The spacious living/dining area was a great place for six of us to hang out (including two who live locally and used the parking spot when they came). Beds are comfortable and clean. Plentiful closet space in the main bedroom. Laundry facilities were very useful. Great location and there’s even public transportation nearby if you want it.

It was a nice cute place, very clean & comfortable. It was so nice of the host to stock the kitchen with essentials & the host was responsive. We would surely book this place again.

Our stay was fine, enough room and comfortable beds. It was a bit less clean than expected. The WiFi was quite slow and it was frustrating to watch a movie or look up information. Would be helpful to have more silverware, bedside tables and conveniently located electrical sockets. Lots of sockets, but on the floor and in the middle of the walls. This made it challenging to have bedside lighting and phone charging.
