We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this property. The Host is extremely prompt with communication and very helpful with assistance with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property for a great vacation with family and friends.

Upscale home with lots of space! This is super close to Disney! If you have a large group or large family, I would definitely recommend this place. It is in a gated community so it is very safe and quiet. The house has a lot of space, so you don’t feel crowded.

Lee was an excellent host—responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in the area!

The house was roomy enough and comfortable enough but we had many issues. The house needs a major spring cleaning. every corner of the house was full of dust balls, when cleaning up my grandchildren's balls that rolled under the sofa, we found an old moldy half eaten apple, that had to be there for a very long time. Mold also was found around most of the windows being that they are never open. All the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced, it sickened me to use any of the frying pans but we had to as the bbq grill was dirty, old and broken. If your going to charge extra for a grill in a house that sleeps 12/14 people; it should be a large newer Weber model .Fridge had no ice maker, dish washer is on it's last leg as well as the oven. All of the bed sheets are so old and paper thin with no elastic that every night they would fall off the corners of the matteress. Many of the bedroom furniture drawers also need to be repaired or replaced. You need to go through all the baby supplies in the garage as most of them are falling apart. The pool table was also hard to use with one crappy stick and no chalk. We enjoyed the pool most nights but the lights inside the pool did not work. We made the best of it and worked with what we had. We enjoyed the safe gated community, club house and the Kissimmee area. I have a rental unit at the Jersey shore and would never expect my renters to pay good money, in an upscale community for a house in the current condition like the one we stayed in. The space and layout of the house was great. The house and its contents needs a super cleaning, updating and repair or replacing of most all appliances.
