This inviting, original timber beach house is one of our most popular pet friendly homes. Charming and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool, it is all on one level and located in quiet, leafy, central Depper Street.
A much loved property which is enjoyed year after year by families returning to their piece of paradise here in Sunshine Beach.
A small set of stairs at the entry are easy to negotiate making it easily accessible for those needing a property that is all on one level. The fully fenced grounds are great for the kids or the furry family members. Lovely tropical palms at the front and a sunny grassed area at the rear. Recently repainted and with newly renovated bathrooms this original cottage retains its charm and cosy vibe.
Features include:
3 x Bedrooms - 1 x King, 1 x Queen and 2 x sets of single bunk beds.
2 x bathrooms - ensuite off master bedroom and full size bath in main bathroom.
Wide decks for outdoor entertaining.
Gorgeous pool area and grassed back yard.
Air-conditioning - living area and two of the three bedrooms.
Stylish timber floors and high ceilings.
Furnished and well equipped including large TV in living area with DVD.
BBQ on rear patio overlooking pool area.
Fully equipped laundry.
WiFi.
Pet Friendly - * Pre-approved only. An additional fee applies to bookings with pets.
Easy and enjoyable short walk down to the village and beach.
*NB No events, functions, parties or school leaver groups permitted - Guests are also required to abide by the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour - copy available online with our terms and conditions.
Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Love the location of this place and it's quiet and tranquil. My dog loves the access to the beach nearby and it's a good sniff around the yard too. Perfect for what we were after.

I was keen to return to this place after staying there 2 years ago. It just ticks all the boxes for a holiday stay. My Mum, my dog and I had a lovely relaxing time this time around.

Property needs some TLC , should have been cleaner and some rather bad drain smells need to be sorted out. It is however in a great location. Fortunately the weather was fabulous.
