We stayed at this very updated Charlotte rental for four nights. Everything was wonderful, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The primary/master suite was very large and even included a nice desk area with a monitor and printer. The primary bathroom was quite large, quite modern and was well equipped. Loved the 3 shower heads in the primary shower, one of them being a rain shower head! Loved all the ceiling fans! The location was just a short drive to many places, and it was very nice to have off-street parking. We wished we had had a few more nights in which to enjoy the large back screen porch more & the pool table. We had a few very minor issues at first, but my calls & texts were answered immediately and the minor issues resolved quite promptly! We were also thankful for many light switches being labeled and other notes being handy to make acclimating to the rental very easy. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home while we were in Charlotte!

It was a beautiful home , the master room was great with a fabulous shower ! The only downfall was we had to buy towels due to we had 6 people staying and only had 4 towels . We didn’t reach out to owners cause that was an east fix .We will definitely stay again if we return to that area for an event.

We stayed for part of the Thanksgiving holiday week and all 5 members of the family (including the kid) had the best experience we’ve ever had at a VRBO. Why?! - From kitchen spices to an extra plush blanket for anemic people this home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great time with your family. Don’t overpack. -Cleanliness: even for my picky husband, this unit was very clean. From no mold or dirt in the showers to a spotless kitchen with a clean refrigerator, pots, and cups you can use something and not have to inspect it before you use it. Lysol is optional. -Host responsiveness: Don’t you hate when you have to speak with a management company that knows little to nothing about a property to get something fixed? Upon arrival, we had a few things that needed to be addressed. The host responded right away and had someone come the very same day not much longer after we contacted them. It was nice to continue to enjoy the day knowing our problems were taken care of. -the property: I’m not sure if you can tell from the photos but this property has a main home then an ADU in the back with a full bathroom, tv, and pool table. This is unique because we had a space for chaos to be loud and turn up then another space for calm and relaxation. The couches and beds are also super comfortable. Stunner kitchen. Please note that this isn’t a paid review. I just truly believe that great hosts should be recognized for providing the means to have a great experience.

House had a wonderful interior and well stocked for our needs.However it is advertised as having a yard, which it did, but the grass was two feet tall and the trash cans were full and smelly. Obviously no one had stayed for a while and management did not get exterior cleaned up.Also the screen porch pictured was nice except it had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Pollen, leaves and cobwebs kept us inside.As we were there in late April for an outdoor concert at BO A we were planing to be outside leading up to and after the concert.
