• Only accessible through the private road offers the ultimate security and privacy to the guests
• Huge dedicated private deck for enjoying the gorgeous lake sunset view or quite outdoor meal.
• Ziply Fiber Internet with 1TB download and upload speed dedicated for the guests use only
• In Unit regular size washer/Dryer
• Natural Gas powered 17K Watt Standby generator will provide the maximum protection even during the worst power outage. So no worry for No AC or No Heat or No electricity all year around.
• located in the 1st level, accessed through the back side of the house with 2 spacious bedrooms facing the lake, 1 inside with courtyard view. All rooms can be accessed without the stairs
• It has its own heating thermostats, you set your own conformable temperature
• The 2nd floor of this house has the AC, so this suite never gets hot even during the hottest days in Seattle （ the temperature in the unit is set not be below 72 º, if you need warmer, then you need to set the heat thermostat to the desirable temperature setting)
. Parking space for 1 medium or full size sedan/SUV/minivan, there is NO oven in the unit.

Sooo happy we stayed here and totally will next time we come. They were super attentive to every question we had. The beds were sooo comfy. Clean safe and enjoyable place to stay. (Absolutely gorgeous area as well.)

Very clean. Quiet, safe, pretty view. Suited our needs, but a bit sparse in atmosphere. Would have liked a few more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom, and some more kitchen items like more silverware, measuring spoons and cups, and kitchen towels.

The host is so nice and welcome . House was clean and wholesome. Bed was so comfortable and parking is right in front we loved our stay well me back to stay again THANK U !

Nice, modern space. Sensor light switch was obnoxious in the bathroom. Would’ve liked a throw blanket and more comfortable couch.
