Sherpa 3 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located in a five-story, ten unit complex a short walk from Whitefish Mountain Resort Village.

The newly renovated 1,225 SF property features a Living Room with electric fireplace, flat screen smart TV, a Kitchen with full-size stainless-steel appliances, island with bar stool seating for two, a Dining Room with seating for eight, Powder Room and covered Balcony with seating.

Two bedrooms are located on the lower level. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen smart TV and closet. The second Bedroom has queen-over-queen bunkbeds, flat screen smart TV, dresser and closet. The second Bedroom also features an adjacent Kids Bedroom with twin-over-twin bunkbeds with its own closet.

Adjacent to the bedrooms is a full bathroom featuring separate double vanities, shower and toilet. An additional separate shower is located adjacent to the full bathroom.

Guests of Sherpa 3 enjoy exclusive access to our Sherpa Complex outdoor hot tub, a special amenity shared by only select Whitefish Mountain Resort properties.

A wall mounted air conditioner in the Living Room and a portable air conditioner downstairs are available for summer comfort.

There is also a shared gas BBQ grill located between the Sherpa and Anapurna buildings.

This unit features spectacular mountain views with walk-in / walk-out access. Each unit has use of a designated Ski Locker Room with their own lockable locker. An indoor garage with parking for one vehicle and a shuttle stop across the street are also available.

There is no elevator in this building so please note all Sherpa properties require stair climbing from the indoor garage.
