This property is located in the City Park section of Mid-City New Orleans, where you can live like a local in a great neighborhood, a few short blocks from the ancient live oak trees and 1,300-beautiful acres of New Orleans City Park. The house has a nice front porch and private backyard. It is a five minute walk to the Canal Street or Carrollton Street streetcar lines, Lafitte Greenway (20 minute bike ride to the French Quarter), New Orleans Botanical Garden, Museum of Art, plus plenty of local restaurants and bars. The property is one full side of an owner-occupied, renovated, classic New Orleans shotgun double house. There are two bedrooms, each with a sizable closet and new queen size beds. New eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and fully stocked stainless steel appliances. Living room has a flat screen TV with roku, and a couch. New bathroom with shower and bath and central a/c & heat throughout.

We enjoyed our stay during Jazzfest. Everything was just as pictured. It was clean, quiet and in a great location near City Park. Check in was easy and communication was timely and clear. Coffee shops in walking distance. The AC works well. Everything was great.

This property was ideal for me as I was playing in City Park. It was as advertised. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to New Orleans. Any communication with the host was prompt and appreciated.

Check in was very easy, which was a relief when getting in at 2am. Everything was superclean and we were relieved to see it stocked with essentials: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. The bonus was the plethora of pillows. One of us is pregnant and she was able to sleep comfortably with her pillow mountain. The only downside was that the walls are thin. Even with a sound machine at night, we could hear each other in the next room as well as the neighbor next door. The property is close driving distance to tourist spots and is perfect for kids. City Park is a magical place just a short walk away. We all felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood.
