You will have shared use of a private pier out front including a 25 ft boat slip (reservation required). There you can sunbathe, eat, fish or swim. It is a few minutes’ walk to town for groceries, shopping and dining. The condo has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room (comfy sectional) so family can be together. There’s a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. The condo is fully furnished, including sheets, bedspreads, bath towels, and beach towels. All you will need are your clothes and groceries. Sound and Ocean are just steps outside your front door. And there is a shared laundry room downstairs that has double stack front load washers and dryers. There are also plenty of beach chairs in the laundry room as well as storage for rafts, floats, coolers, boogie boards, surfboards, etc. This condo is pet friendly for small dogs under 25 lbs.
