With four bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels, Sea Brim is ideal for families or two families holidaying together. Ducted heating, a Coonara wood heater, ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure comfort in every season. Outside, the kids can enjoy the cubby house while the adults make the most of the pool and sunshine. The home is also pet friendly.
Set between St Andrews Beach and Rye Back Beach, the coast is just a short drive or walk away, with walking tracks leading towards Rye front beach and shops. The Peninsula Hot Springs are around five minutes away, making Sea Brim an ideal base for a year-round Mornington Peninsula escape.

We all had a great time. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to stay for another break.

Amazing property, great for a family trip! Hosting was on point and very easy to communicate with :)

AS the weather was a bit on the cool side we were worried that the pool may be chilly. But no! It was almost as warm as a bath. The children spent hours playing in the pool and the pet pug loved running around and barking at them. The location is good and walks to the stores or to the beach are fairly easy.
The house was nicely equiped with games, DVD's, books and two TV's.
All in all we had a great stay and were quite happy with the accommodation.

House was lovely. Very homely and well equipped. The only downer is the traffic noise as it backs onto a very busy road, and is on a corner. Location is great in terms of access to Gunnamatta, however if you are looking for a quiet getaway, maybe not for you.
