Overall everything was good. Access to the street car was excellent. The little Cafe around the corner was very good. Close proximity to grocery and other amenities was also good. The only downside was the beds were to close to the floor. I would recommend this accommodation.

Great unit. Great pool. Parking unit was under construction and overnight parking was a bit hard to find elsewhere. Outside of that, fantastic stay and would come back again.

Stayed at this apartment twice last month when visiting Toronto with mixed reviews.The apartment is spacious but tired - sharp worn edges on furniture, door frames and flooring. Beds are very low to the ground and pillows are very soft and worn.On first visit, the apartment was very clean and ready for us but on return, showed a lack of cleanliness, as though the cleaners had rushed it with no towels left (we rescued some from the tumble dryer that had been left on) Location is excellent for streetcar (tram) links and just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. If you're a light sleeper though, be aware that the trams run between around 5am and 1.30am, are noisy and the apartment only has thin white blinds so eyemasks and earplugs are neededThe main thing that let our return stay down was a complete lack of communication from the owner - we left something important behind on our first visit and a request on if this had been found still remains unanswered, 5 days after leaving. I also asked about luggage storage and was just advised No. Only by asking at the front desk to the block did I find out that a small local business around the corner offers this service for the block.Overall, the apartment would benefit from a refresh and update, particularly of bedding, flooring and kitchen equipment - only one wine glass was provided and no teatowel. Some local information and instructions on how to use things would also be useful as there was absolutely nothing provided.
