This Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Palm Coast is the perfect blend of comfort and style. This home is centrally located to just about everything in and around Palm Coast. Located in a well established and maintained street. This inviting retreat is located just minutes away from great golf, beaches, and endless options for outdoor recreation. At home, kick back for coffee or cocktails on the fully screened-in patio while enjoying the peaceful views of the private backyard.
Whether you need a beach getaway or are looking to get some Disney time in, this house is a perfect for fun in Florida. Minutes from the beach and easy access to many of Florida's best attractions. Just 11 miles to Flagler Beach and a short drive south to the Daytona Speedway. Head north to beautiful historic St. Augustine.
This property is dog (no cats) friendly and will allow up to two dogs under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All dogs MUST be on a leash while outside of the fenced in backyard.
NOTE: Vacant lot next door has been cleared and there may be a hole being built.
Fence recently installed for backyard - pictures coming soon!
Master ensuite will be completely renovated January 2025.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.

Our stay at Waterloo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the property was clean, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home.The owner was amazing — clear, thorough, and extremely communicative about all stay expectations. They were also very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We truly enjoyed our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We can’t wait to come back again!

I was extremely impressed with everything this property had to offer! The house was amazing, and offered anything you could think of that you might need! The host was great when it came to any questions I had and responded quickly! I would definitely stay again!!

Very comfortable home with yard for our dog to play. Especially liked sectional sofa and chairs in living room. Also bed in master was good for my husbands back. Good neighborhood for walks. Older house but exactly what we needed for a fair price.
