-This spacious 1 bedroom w/ bunks beach condo sleeps 6, has a fully stocked kitchen, is beautifully furnished and includes a washer/dryer in unit! Enjoy expansive views of the beach and the complexes pools from the balcony and let the sound of the waves melt all your stresses away! The 14,000 sq ft tropical lagoon pool features a Tiki Bar and grill, making this the PERFECT getaway - you never have to leave the resort!

-Parking and Wristbands: Upon booking, you will promptly receive a link to register and prepay for one (1) parking pass and six (6) wristbands. Completion of this registration will generate a QR code and/or PIN for access. The total fee is $81 plus applicable taxes, which covers all six wristbands and one parking pass.

This unit includes a dedicated parking space located on the 7th floor of the parking garage, labeled 2027.

Upon arrival, please present your QR code to the concierge to receive your physical parking pass and wristbands. If you arrive after hours, the security guard will issue a temporary parking pass, and you will need to visit the concierge the following morning to collect your wristbands and permanent parking pass.

-An additional $500 deposit will be collected upon check-in for booking guests under the age of 25 years. This is a resort policy, not our policy and not something we have any control over.

-Late arrival
Check-in begins at 4 pm. Late check-in's may obtain a temporary parking pass w/ the security guard. You must check-in with the concierge the following morning for your permanent parking pass and wrist bands in order to access resort amenities. The concierge arrives on site after 8 am.

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

This property has security cameras recording 24/7 at the front door / driveway and backyard that are there strictly to monitor the property when it is unoccupied, ensure occupancy is adhered to and to reference in case of an emergency or accident.
