This incredibly spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located at Sea Cliff Villas is newly renovated. Enjoy the 180-degree ocean view from the two gorgeous balconies! The fully equipped kitchen has bar seating and a large dining table. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with three bedrooms that have king beds. Beautiful property with brand new tennis/basketball courts and access to 3 pools, and 2 restaurants. Back up generators for any island power outages.

The property

Palm Vista is a newly renovated, large, and clean three-bedroom condo with incredible panoramic views from Balongo Bay to Buck Island. It is an easy walk to Iggies, which offers a variety of good food and great drinks, like the pale ale from a local brewer, Frenchtown Brewing. We used St Thomas Dive Center, which is next to Iggies, for a dive trip around Buck Island. This three-bedroom, three-bath condo is approximately 12 minutes from Red Hook and 12 minutes from Havensight Mall, both of which we planned to visit. We had an internet issue on Sunday morning and the person responsible for Palm Vista return my text immediately. I could not be more pleased with our stay at Palm Vista, great experience!

Condo was well appointed with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Previous guest had left some beverages for us to enjoy. We had coffee and filters and plenty of beach and bath towels. The pools were clean. Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Iggies and Mim’s a short walk away.

Locks broken on two sliding door, refrigerator door didn't want to close easily.Needs some cosmetic plaster /drywall fixes. Painting.Maintenance and our contact were very amenable and responsive.Beautiful views!
