Home has been newly renovated for a wonderful enjoyable stay. Park directly in front of the home and walk right in, feel at home, in this large pool front town home on beautiful 30-A. Main floor is open floor plan with large living and dining areas and screen porch overlooking pool, one of 3 pools. Steps to tennis courts, 5 min. walk to the beach, shops and restaurants all within Gulf Place for your enjoyment. One queen size bedroom located on the first floor with private deck. upstairs there is large master suite, king bed, private deck that overlooks pool and renovated master bath. There is also a desk for those who may want to work for a few days. Second bedroom has king bed and private bath as well.
The family room is on the first floor and boast of open floor plan with screen porch that overlooks the large lagoon pool. The sofa in the living area has a very comfortable roll away bed (queen bed) for additional sleeping space. There is another porch on front of home for outdoor enjoyment. Tennis courts are 20 steps from home.
The home is professionally decorated with overstuffed sofas and chairs. There are Flat screen T.V.'s in living area, master suite, and 2nd master bedroom. All T.V's have DVD players as well. Loads of family games and books in living area. The kitchen has been totally renovated and is equipped with all the essentials for those family meals. There are 5 to 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and assortment of beach toys, located on screen porch for your use.
Within the lovely Gulf Place community, you can visit the boutique shops, dine at the restaurants or relax at the Internet Cafe. There are also walking and biking trails, shuffleboard, tennis courts, large open play field for kids, concerts on the green every weekend and three deeded beach accesses. It is a community you never want to leave.
Come relax and never have to move your car. However you may want to visit the largest outlet mall in the USA. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only six miles west. Baytowne Wharf is five miles away - and Destin is nine miles west. There is so much to do, and we look forward to having you stay with us.

This place is perfect! Enough room for my family! It is right by the pool and close walk to the beach! Sherry was great with communication!! We will be back!!!!

The house was very nice! Beds are extremely comfortable. The pool was right out the back door which was very convenient. The beach was a short 5 minute walk to a private beach which we appreciated. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Definitely would recommend this property. Sherry was very helpful if we had any questions.

This was a perfect little town home to escape to for the weekend with some extended family. Plenty of space for all of us & we loved how close it was to the beach. The shops in the little community were a bonus!

The property was perfect for our family of 8. Great size rooms. No steps or elevator to get from room to pool. Parking literally right outside front door. Beautiful walking path to the beach. Several food and shopping options within easy walking distance. Sherry, our host, was quick to respond and assist with any questions we had. We will definitely be back.
