A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment in the oceanfront suburb of Sea Point. It lies close to the myriad restaurants on Main Road, the popular Sea Point Promenade, and a foot from Signal Hill's hiking trails. It truly is an excellent base for exploring the city, with the area strongly associated with Cape Town's cafe culture, buzzing with cream cheese bagels, coffee, summer activities, and music. The V&A Waterfront is a 5-minute drive away, or take a 10-minute scenic drive to Table Mountain and the popular Clifton and Camps Bay beaches!
The space
Middelhof is a building perched in the heart of Sea Point. This newly refurbished apartment has an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Host welcomed me, I was late due to flight delay. The host waited late for me. All the amenities were as advertised. Nice quiet space. Near everything you will need 5 to 10 minute walk to the main street near with grocery stores and restaurants, etc.

Good value option for an apartment in Seapoint. Well set up with a fully equipped and functional kitchen with washing machine. A very warm apartment in winter.
