Beautiful 5 bed/5 bath house in a gated community. Brand new resort style private pool and spa in the backyard (additional charge to heat pool and/or spa). The pool has every feature you would want including tanning ledge with bubblers and loungers, in water bar stools, basketball hoop and multiple fountains. The expansive patio has a brand new covered pergola with a large TV for the ultimate outdoor experience along with a BBQ island with built in gas grill and fridge. Great for families with small children as it includes a child privacy fence and door alerts every time a door to the patio opens. The house is a short 5-10 minute drive to multiple beaches as well as access to Port Royal Sound on the Intracoastal Waterway, including Pine Island with a brand new boardwalk and walking path along the beach.
Upon entry, the house opens to a large living room and dining room. The living room is equipped with a 70" TV with cable and Apple TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, brand new quartz countertops and seating for 12.
The house includes 5 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom also has a king bed and the 4th bedroom has a queen. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. All bedrooms (except the bunk room) have a TV in the room with cable access and Roku TV. One of the master bedrooms has a toddler bed and there is a pack-n-play available for use.
The house includes everything you would need for fun in the sun including 10 beach chairs, an umbrella, rolling cooler and 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach. There are also 3 bikes to utilize the many bike trails throughout the plantation and island.
***The house has cameras on the exterior of the house for safety purposes. Part of the camera coverage is on the back patio including the pool/spa area. The cameras are required by our homeowners insurance to cover liability issues. The footage will only be viewed if there are any issues/incidents at the property***

This property absolutely met our expectations and, in many ways, exceeded them. The photos are accurate, but the house is even more enjoyable in person. It's a wonderful place for bringing family together. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms, which makes a big difference with a larger group. We loved having multiple places to gather and eat, both indoors and outside. The pool, spa, and BBQ area were fantastic, and we spent a lot of our time there. The location feels private and tucked away, yet it's still convenient to everything on the island. We even had pizza delivered one night with no problem. One thing I especially appreciated was how easy everything was. Some places come with pages of complicated rules. Here, the expectations were simple and reasonable. The house was well-stocked with essentials like laundry detergent, dish soap, and other basic supplies, and the trash setup was very convenient. If I had one suggestion, it would be to refresh some of the kitchen cookware and cooking utensils. Everything needed for cooking is there, but a few items are showing their age.Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable home with thoughtful touches throughout. The skylights bring in wonderful natural light, the kitchen is easy to cook in, and our entire family had a great time. We would happily stay here again.

What a great property. Easily housed 7 adults with more than enough space. Comfortable beds and separate beds were awesome. The outdoor and pool area was such an enjoyable environment. The communication with Alec was top notch as well. I could not recommend this home enough. If we ever need a place in Hilton Head again, this will be the first place we look. Thanks again!

The house was just as we expected - really no surprises. The pool was lovely. Great location and very private. The only surprise was the pool cleaner showed up at 7:20AM and started blowing right away - a little early when you are on vacation - we expected someone after 8.

Everything was perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and the pool and hot tub are wonderful and private. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The owners were terrific to work with!
