Living/dining room with TV, internet access, sofa, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, superb terrace of over 20 m² offering stunning views of the sea and the old town, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a separate shower room with toilet. WIFI, bed linen and towels are provided. Spacious, secure, private garage and swimming pool in the residence.
€800 security deposit by credit card imprint only - NO PETS - NO SMOKING
Tourist tax payable in addition according to the current rates of the Municipality of Menton.

Très bel appartement superbement aménagé vue magnifique sur le vieux menton surtout le soir

Hillside apartment with covered parking for our car. Complete furniture and lovely balcony overlooking the Med. Quiet, air conditioned and within walkin distance of a train station connected to Monaco. Should have booked a longer stay but returned direct after a speedy weekend in Monaco. Very helpful and kind agent locally to serve us.
