This spacious two-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring a convenient bunk nook and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
As an added bonus, your stay includes complimentary VIP Beach Service from mid-March through October, featuring two beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the sand—a value of approximately $400 included with your reservation.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

Great location. Beautiful views. Spent most of our time on the balcony. Nice pool. The complimentary beach chairs were a great bonus. Also, under 2 miles to Walmart, Publix and 5 miles to Pier Park.

The room location on the 4th floor is great! There is a very large balcony to take advantage of. The fact that it's a pet friendly unit is a plus. It didn't smell like pets had been there before. The oceanfront view is spectacular!! It is also an updated unit which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beach service which is included is a huge selling point, if the weather cooperates!! The second bedroom is facing the steet, so you will hear street noise, unfortunately we came during bike week so we had plenty of noise....but that didn't put a damper on our vacation. If there is one opportunity for improvement for this unit, it could use a deep cleaning. But considering it is a pet friendly unit, the cleanliness was still decent overall. I would still rent this unit in a heartbeat if I brought my pet with me again. We've been to PCB many times and we enjoyed the location, it's close to the things we like.

The pics online will fool you! We had to clean the refrigerator once we got there, balcony was dirty, furniture is very old and worn out, and more. Won’t be back.
