Just a half-mile from the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge, this expansive 1,650 sq. ft. retreat offers direct beach access, a private balcony with panoramic views, and space to comfortably sleep 10 guests—perfect for large families or group getaways.
The Space – Sleeps 10 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle—ideal for families with young children. Enjoy Gulf-front views, HDTV, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted Jacuzzi tub, stand-up shower, and double vanity.
Bedroom 2: Two Full-size beds and a mounted HDTV. This room has an attached bathroom with a shower and vanity that also connects to the hallway.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed with HDTV and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Living Room: Large sectional with queen sleeper sofa, additional reading chair, flat-screen HDTV, and direct access to the Gulf-front balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and stocked with all essential cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Dining Area: Open to the kitchen and living area, perfect for shared meals and conversation.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We loved this condo. We have been going to the beach for many years. Our entire family agreed it was the best place we have stayed. Everything about it was great! Highly recommend it! Clean, decorated beautifully and very up to date.

This is an older property that has been updated. It was very clean. We had plenty of room for our family of 7.
The view of the ocean was amazing. Having a pool on the property was a hit with the grandkids.

Very nice and comfortable. Only downside was we could not adjust air conditioning. It was preset on 73, which was fine for daytime, but we like it a little cooler at night for sleeping.

Everything was as described. Adequately stocked, great check in experience. Only drawback was chair company slow about setting up chairs always 9-10 before they were set up and those who brought chairs and tents were already camped and spread out in front of the condos. Not the rental company fault but annoying.
