This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5th floor condo was completely remodeled down to the studs with no expense spared! This condo is our pride and joy, and we are happy to share it with our guests-- Travertine floors and granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel, top-of-the-line appliances, TVs in each room, built-in entertainment center with Bose 3-2-1 entertainment system in great room, 2 Bose bluetooth Soundtouch10's, free high-speed wireless Internet, ceiling fans in each room, separately regulated air-conditioning in each room, in-unit washer/dryer, glass block and Italian marble-walled showers in each bathroom, double sinks in master bath, designer furnishings and linens ...
The irony is that you may not be able to pry yourself from the sights and sounds of the lanai, which is a mere 20 yards from the ocean!
The Royal Mauian is built on a lava pour, directly between 2 of the most beautiful, long, sandy beaches on Maui (Kamaole Beaches I and II--Kamaole 1 is also known as Charlie Young beach). The Royal Mauian features a heated oceanside pool, and newly renovated rooftop patio equipped with 4 brand new gas grills, fully equipped kitchen, ample dining tables to enjoy an oceanside dinner or a quiet cocktail at day's end, and best of all-- a stunning 360 degree view, which includes 10,000 foot Mount Haleakala, the ocean and neighboring islands, and the most amazing sunsets on Maui! Amazing stay with Kama’ole beach just steps away. We were able to see the sea turtles swimming along the coast right on our balcony. Beautiful sunsets were also accessible from the condo balcony. The location is not beatable. Kama’ole beach is perfect for families and couples - calm, silky sand, and snorkeling access just a foot away from the beach. The condo was very well apportioned with laundry, full kitchen, AC, and did I mention the incredible balcony? Restaurants, shave ice, shopping, all less than 1 mile. We had a fantastic stay in Maui.

The owner was very easy to work with and responds to communication quickly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed like beach towels and kitchen supplies. We loved all the hooks on the lanai and in the rooms to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. From the lanai we were able to view amazing sunsets and even see sea turtles.

Great condo in a great location! Diana was very easy to communicate with and gave an excellent document prior to arrival with detailed information about the unit, the building, the area, and the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again next year.
