Beautiful, well kept villa on Saronic Gulf. Photos pretty close to reality. Back of property opens up to public beach. Walkable to coffee shop and grocery store, but would recommend renting a car - car port on property - as there are few sidewalks and town center only accessible by road (ie, no beach or sidewalk passage).
Not many tourists in area, which was nice. With traffic, arnd 45-50 min to downtown Athens. Wi-Fi and AC work well. My family are mattress snobs, and the four beds were very comfortable. Onsite washer, no dryer (line dry). Good communication with owners and mgmt.
