This cottage is located on the Bideford River that runs from the Atlantic ocean and feeds into beautiful Green Park.
A channel runs through the middle of the river, while the edges are shallow and host a very interesting seascape. Clam, Mussel, and Oyster shells along with periwinkles are very common to find. If you wait until the tide is low, walk to the right and you may be lucky enough to find some
Starfish!
This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bedroom cottage boasts breathtaking sunsets and almost a 1/2 acre of land for all your daily activities.
We offer:
- 3 bedrooms (can sleep 7 comfortably)
- 1.5 bath
- WIFI
- 50" LCD TV in Living Room with Roku TV
- Air conditioning (Heat Pump)
- Full kitchen
- Living room
- Back deck with a BBQ.
- Large fire pit
- Water frontage with private access

We went for two nights...Very relaxing get-away...Beds are really comfortable...We brought groceries to cook...Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed...And more...I would so love to go back again

We had such a lovely 3-day stay. The cottage is cozy and super clean, with a beautiful view of the water. In the morning, we sipped coffee and enjoyed the view from the deck, and then we did some incredible stargazing at night.The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need: games, books, spare blankets, spices, crayons—whatever you need, it's there. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room to hang out as a group or relax in a cozy rocking chair with a book and a cup of tea.Would highly recommend. The owners were lovely, and checking in was super simple.We'll be back for sure!
