The property was secluded; just what we wanted. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. The screened porch was ideal to enjoy the fresh air; loved the rocking chairs and swing.Excellent walking trails. The owner was very responsive to my questions. He met us at a church across the road from the entrance so we wouldn’t get lost driving back in the woods. We visited with him briefly and learned the history of the cabin.I would highly recommend this property.

If you have pets traveling with you, and a SUV, this the PERFECT place . The cabin in the woods is private a secluded, peaceful, clean, and is perfect for nature enthusiasts. We were traveling from Virginia to close on our new home in Laurinburg N.C.. Nothing went right, and delayed our move in date, for a solid week. With 3 pets, it was stressful, and hard to keep them comfortable, until we found the cabin in the woods. There we found the space we needed for our pets, and everything was right with the world until our actual move in date. You’ll need an SUV to get back to it, as the driveway to the cabin is very bumpy and remote. But it wi be well worth it. If your looking for peace and tranquility, and room for your pets to roam,,, this is the place for you. Perfect for a couple traveling with pets. I rate this stay a perfect 5 star stay! Thank you Henry, for sharing you beautiful cabin with the rest of the world. We plan to share your beautiful cabin with friends and family when that come to visit .
