This independent Villa with 2.500 m² large garden consists of three floors: basement, raised ground floor and attic. In total it's 420 m² large and offers 150 m² verandahs.
There is a 50 m² large heatable saltwater pool (lava stone), relaxing area and a barbecue area made of natural stone.
The house offers 4 double bedrooms, living room (with fire place), open space dining room, kitchen, 5 bathrooms, tub with massage function, laundry, garage, massage room.
It's completely air conditioned (summer/winter).
There is a covered verandah with teak furniture, directly accessible from the living room, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Nearby there are numerous nature reserves such as Cava Grande del Cassibile (Canyon), Vendicari (wetland), Valle dell 'Anapo (gorge) / Pantalica, Mount Etna, Gole dell' Alcantara (basalt gorge), etc.
Interesting places are Noto, Palazzolo A., Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Catania, Taormina etc.

The home was very clean, and the communication with the owner was excellent. It was very nice to be greeted with food and drink when we arrived. We had a 3 year old with us, and it is important to note that there are a lot of stairs, both inside and out. There are 4 bedrooms, although the attic room does have low sloped ceilings so head room can be an issue. Also, it doesn’t have a door, and my son found that he was awakened every morning by people in the kitchen. There were heavy rains, and the roof leaked which made the bed unusable. We let the owner know and hopefully it will be fixed soon as they are very responsive. The kitchen is very well equipped. We made most of our dinner meals there after full days exploring Sicily. The outdoor space is lovely, but the weather didn’t cooperate for us so unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or outdoor dining or relaxing. There is plenty of space to park cars, and the location is convenient for exploring east Sicily. However, you do need a car to go anywhere as there aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby. That also means that the property is very quiet, so it depends on personal preferences.

We were 5 adults, and we enjoyed very much our stay! The linen and towels were of very good quality, changed once a week. All was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the swimming pool water always had good temperature.Antony used to come every early morning to uncover the pool and clean the garden. He was very kind. Alessandro the host was very nice too. There was a nice lunch waiting for us when we arrived!

We were two families travelling together to Sicily.
We found the Villa to be an amazing base, quiet and clean with a beautiful garden and a great pool with different depth levels (great for the kids). At the same time we were close to shopping, to Siracusa and within short distance to Noto and Fondo Bianche.
The communication with the host was seamless and there was great flexibility even though we arrived slightly earlier than first anticipated. Also we were greeted with local delicacies, which made for a great first meal in Italy!
During our stay Antony made sure that we got any help we needed and made us feel very welcome and at home!
I would recommend this stay to everyone, as it really is a serene base for a great holiday.
