This clean and comfortable home is located in High Grove Resort, a gated resort with clubhouse and many amenities, about 6 miles Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, and about 28 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated vacation home. It is on a large lot and features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. With a big living area, fully equipped kitchen, only 0.5 mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private pool/Spa with child safety pool alarm, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, huge open play area in the back, playground only two homes away, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

Optional Pool/Spa heating, $35 per night plus taxes for the entire stay. No partial stay.

The house was exactly as pictured on the website. The only thing that needs attention is the walls throughout needed to be cleaned. Owner was easy to communicate with.

This property was the perfect size for our party of 6 adults and 1 kiddo. The location was safe and convient to many restaurants and stores. There were at least 3 separate routes to get to/from Disney which was a nice extra feature for heading out during work week rush hour. We really enjoyed the community pool and ended up being the only ones there the times we went (if you opt to go this route, keep flip flops or other shoes close by because the stone decking around the pool gets really hot!) - we also had a very lazy day mid week and ordered food from the British pub close by - fish & chips was great! The hosts were very easy to work with - we mentioned an issue with lighting and they immediately ordered replacement lamps for us!

The check in process was easy, communication was great. It was a bit further from Universal than we wanted but wasn't that bad of a drive.

We had very mixed feelings about this property. Starting with the good, the communication with Michelle was excellent. She was very helpful and responded quickly. The property was located in a nice gated community with lots of amenities close by and a quick drive to Disney.
Unfortunately the property was quite dated and required quite a few repairs. Additionally the beds seemed quite old and were extremely uncomfortable. They were very noisy and you could here all throughout the house when someone moved in any of the beds. Blinds were damaged throughout the house including the bedrooms so the morning sun would shine through the bedrooms. The lowest the air conditioning is able to be set is 74 degrees making it quite warm in the evenings. We ended up leaving early and staying in a hotel as no one was sleeping well between the beds, the warm house and the blinds. We were very appreciative of Michelle's warm welcome but would look elsewhere in the future.
