The 100 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, two reversible heat pumps (one in the living room downstairs, one in the upstairs hallway) providing cooling throughout the house when bedroom doors are open, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and a game console.
