We have a private basement for you to use which you are more than welcome to have music and enjoy by the pool table but just keep doors closed so neighbours are not disturbed.
The pool can be heated for additional $150/day (must be on for the entire duration of the stay, cannot have heating for certain nights) - we not charge guests for this unless they request for it, as its very expensive to heat a pool using natural gas. Pool is open seasonally from May to October.
The entire home is gated however due to windy and winter conditions the outdoor gates are open during winter and spring
Please note the fireplaces in the home are cosmetic and not functional
We have update the sofas in the theatre room with same style sofa but in a lighter colour.
Projector is hooked up with Amazon fire stick and a soundbar via Bluetooth. You are welcome to log into your favourite streaming services just please log out when done.

Great space for multi-family groups. There were some minor repairs needed but nothing that got in the way (e.g., one oven was out of order, but since another was working it didn't matter).

The house was perfect for our baseball team. Very large house with a nice pool and hot tub. The host made it very easy to check in and answered any questions leading up to the stay. Would stay again if we returned
