Large comfortable villa fully air conditioned 6 people. Private swimming pool (open from June to October)
On the ground floor, the house includes a large kitchen-dining room with large bay windows opening onto 2 terraces, one of which is covered, a living room with sofa and large screen TV, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, bathroom water and WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 X 200 bed, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and a bathroom with bath and shower and a toilet.
The villa has a private swimming pool 9 X 4.5.

Great stay in this beautiful property. Excellent hosts, the villa was clean, well equipped and in good order. The pool was really wonderful and well maintained. We had a fantastic holiday in this fabulous place.

The house is as advertised. Clean house with a complete kitchen, airconditioning and a fantastic swimming pool.

We could not have asked for more. The house was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It didn't disappoint at all. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The location was perfect for a relaxing break. So peaceful and yet only a short drive to amenities and places to visit. Would highly recommend and we hope to return one day soon.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here away. The villa is modern and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It’s also spacious and well laid out. The pool is lovely and clean and there are large grounds around the property so you are not on top of other properties. It’s a really quiet setting in the low-hills in the Labeaume area and very easy to get to all the main attractions including the Ardeche river. It’s an 8 minute drive to the nearest town in the gorge which has a small number of good restaurants and cafés. The nearest town is about a 10 minute drive and easy to get to. It really is a lovely place and we would highly recommend it.
