A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Welcome to your Hawaiian haven, Sky Villa Estate! Kick off your flip-flops and let aloha
spirit guide you up the driveway to this secluded gated 5-acre estate, through lush
landscape that feels like a warm hug from the island itself. Deep lush lawns encourage
family games and lit gardens invite evening strolls under the stars.
Step through the breezy glass doors and slide into island time. The airy great room
spills out onto the lanai, a perfect spot to soak in the jaw-dropping views of the ocean
meeting the sky. It is not just any view, it is your front-row seat to the most epic sunsets
and the sweet symphony of waves and wildlife.
The infinity pool is where you will want to float your worries away, and the hot tubs
bubbles are like your personal lei of relaxation. Get ready to fill your days with sun-
soaked memories and your nights with starry skies.
The estate is a family's dream, with a big-hearted one level home, an expansive lanai
for that morning cup of Kona coffee or evening dinner and toast to the days adventures.
Sitting 1200 feet directly above Kailua Bay Village, this estate enjoys cooling breezes 5
to 10 degrees cooler than sea level. The Master Bedroom? It's a retreat within a retreat,
ocean views, fabulous renovated master bath and exquisite lava rock outdoor shower
laden with orchids. All of this will make you want to stay forever.
Our kitchen is a luau-ready with top-notch appliances and granite counters—it's open,
inviting, and waiting for the laughter of shared meals. And if you’re in the mood for a
tropical drink, the Mai Tai bar is just the place to mix up some magic.
You will find plush beds in rooms that have views you’ll want to write home about,
including two with kings that gaze out over the ocean. All three bedrooms have their
own private lanai and a lava rock outdoor shower. Plus, a large screen media room
means movie nights with ohana-style seating. This room could accommodate overflow
guests or kids.
Even though you will feel worlds away, you are only a coconuts throw from all the
conveniences, like Costco (because we all love a good bulk buy, even in paradise). The
charming Sea Village and most amenities are only 10 minutes away.
As the sun dips below the horizon, grab that Mai Tai and settle in. This is where the
magic happens—nights filled with laughter, days filled with beauty, and memories as
golden as the Hawaiian sun.
At Sky Villa Estate, you’ll have complete privacy in your Hawaiian paradise, with the
comfort of knowing your hosts are nearby, in a separate detached area.
P.S. Just chat with our booking agent about the extra fee for parties over 6. Sky Villa
Estate is all about ohana, and there is plenty of aloha to go around.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this rental. The view is pretty much unparalleled, and communication with hosts was very responsive. We really appreciated the quality of all the finishings, made great use of the excellent grill outside, and our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which is much better (and deeper) than the photos may indicate. Highly recommend; absolutely worth it.

Our holiday in Kona was amazing. The view from the house is absolutely the best in Kona. The host was incredibly warm and caring, and very helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with kids.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Sky Villa in Hawaii! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful setting, stunning ocean views, and thoughtful touches throughout the house. Everything was better than described! The property was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning. Our host, Seth was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They even provided great local tips on where to eat, snorkel, and the best beaches. The location was ideal—close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and private. We explored nearby beaches, hiked to the beautiful waterfalls, and truly enjoyed the aloha spirit everywhere we went.We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience!
