Relish your stay in a fully remodeled 1890's Farmhouse with your private backyard hot tub. Admire charming woodwork and historic details blended seamlessly with a bright modern palette. The Space:
We are dog friendly. We allow up to two dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays:
Pet Fee: $35 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested.
To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.
Please note that while our property may offer access to hot tub, it's availability and functionality are not guaranteed. This hot tub is provided as complimentary amenity for guests use when in working order.
We do not provide compensation, discounts, or refunds in the event that any amenity (including but not limited to hot tubs or other recreational equipment) is unavailable, out of service, or not functioning during your stay.
All amenities are used at your own risk, and guests are responsible for following all safety guidelines.
No Parties or Gatherings
Family gatherings, parties, or any events are not permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee per day or a minimum charge of $1,000, whichever is greater.

This home was perfect for our group of 6 for a week. We did a lot of cooking and the host quickly brought some kitchen essentials that were lacking. Beds were comfy, hot tub was excellent and the location was near the U and not far from the Lakes area, which is lovely. A great stay! Thanks, host Amanda!

Host was great. House is in a prime location - walkable to the football stadium or easy Uber to Northern Loop for Baseball or Baseketball. Beds were quite comfortable and the porch was great for cool mornings.

We loved the fenced in back yard for our dogs to run around. There are stairs to get to the bedrooms but that was fine for us. the house was clean and hosts were very attentive. Would stay again
