Everything as promised! Clean, updated, and Naomi was super responsive when we needed code to Hot Tub gate. Highly recommend!

Very quiet location and easily accessible to RMNP and Grand Lake (25-30 min). Groceries, restaurants, and medical services within minutes in Granby. Condo was clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, and had all that was needed for our 3 night stay. Neighbors were nice and quiet. A little warm during the day but cooled down in the evenings with open windows and use of fans. We visited in July and would highly recommended this condo for a family of 4. Also, recommend the Granby rodeo a couple minutes away!

First dishes in the dishwasher, dirty counters, floors, and bedrooms. Dirty Kleenex in on the floor in main bedroom and along the window frame in guest room.
After cleaning and speaking with the owner, issues were resolved. Not the best way to start a trip, but Naomi was available to find resolution.
