4616 Gulf (North) is a 7 bedroom/7 bathroom beachfront townhome with a private pool!
The home accommodates up to 20 guests in beds, allowing 22 people maximum.
The property is a vast 5500+ square foot beachfront estate with a private pool.
The 1st floor encompasses the first guest bedroom and a large open concept for the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for making large family meals. The kitchen is built for a chef, with ample countertop space for meal preparation, huge refrigerator and freezer, and massive propane stove. The large counter space offers plenty of room for extra seating close to the dining area. The living room features a large flat screen tv with a large couch able to accommodate guests while watching their favorite shows or movies. Enjoy sitting in the living, dining area, or kitchen while overlooking the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The second and third floors entail 6 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The bedrooms are all exceptionally large, especially the master suites! This home offers balconies on the front and backyard, whether you want to watch your family and friends play in the pool area, or hang out on the oceanside where you can see South Padre Island's beautiful white sandy beaches. The property is also located within walking distance to local restaurants, entertainment venues, shops and much more!
**Please note that this property does have a shared driveway and entry gate. There are also two garage apartments at the front of the property that may be in use by others during your stay. These apartments are not included in the rental of this property (4616 Gulf North).**
Every stay at 4616 Gulf North includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Great location, rooms were clean and well equipped with amenities needed, AC was great - Pool not used as it wasn’t cleaned and there was some water damage on the floor, back doors to beach access didn’t lock.

Loved the spaciousness, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The 2nd floor bathroom with the tub-shower looked broken and was not usable. AC worked great; family was plenty comfortable, pool was tiny but nice and refreshing. SPI was very accommodating, prompt to get things fixed, and quite courteous. The floors were pretty filthy like not having been mopped, but this is a beach house after all and probably hard to keep clean. Locks were not working on doors so we had to block doors somehow for privacy going poddy or taking a shower . TVs were great and working with big screens. There was a coffee pot but we went and bought a Keurig as we brought our kcups with us. House overall needs work as the floors in the kitchen are all buckling and bowing, but we worked around it. Had 2 sets of keys and a garage door opener that was very convenient. We had our family of 11, which included 5 grandchildren from 2 years old up to 14 years old, 2 grandparents, and two sets of parents. Would stay here again!

This place would be above average if it was cleaned properly and maintained. It is dated with worn out cushions and furniture. The kitchen sink is nasty and needs to be cleaned and recocked. The sliding door downstairs was off the glide and didn't open and shut correctly. The showers had black goop that was not cleaned so it was pretty hard to look at. There was still tape stuck to the wood beams on the ceiling from an obvious party. Just did not feel that it was cleaned properly for the amount of money we paid.
