Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom overlooks South Padre Island's golden sandy beaches. This home has a private pool and hot tub and offers private beach access from the backyard!!

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Great location, home is walking distance to nearby bar and convenience store. Property is as described and even more so-each room was tastefully decorated and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beach view was amazing and the beach was right out the back door. Pool and hot tub were great to jump in after an afternoon at the beach. We could see the weekend fireworks from our backyard too, so that was an added treat. Would definitely rent this place again!

It's a nice place. It's a perfect place with kids. You can watch from home and keep an eye on kids. Close to near business like coffee and bars.

We had such a fantastic time staying at this property. The home was not only beautiful but also very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. The comfortable beds were a huge plus, ensuring we got a great night's sleep after a day at the beach. We are so grateful for this perfect stay at South Padre Island and will absolutely be booking with SPI Rentals for our future trips.

The residence itself was beautiful however SPI service was poor and maintenance appeared to be lacking. Spa nor pool would heat and only after second day, and much frustration, was it fixed. Contacting someone for maintenance via the phone or text was virtually impossible. Only way to talk to someone regarding maintenance was to go to the office and later found selecting make a reservation via the phone system would get an answer. Leaving messages did not work.
