Just a 10 min walk and you're right in the heart of Tannersville, with local restaurants, cafés, shops, and the lively small-town atmosphere, and Hunter Mountain Ski resort is just 10 min drive from the house, you'll have easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and everything the Catskills have to offer

The space
After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private hot tub or relax and recharge in the sauna. When you're ready for some friendly competition, head upstairs to the dedicated poker room and game room, complete with arcade games that will keep kids and adults entertained for hours.

It was a great place for our large group. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and in a fantastic location close to town.

Beautiful home. Peaceful. Lots of rooms. Children enjoyed the pool, making s’mores, and adults the hot tub. Enough space to park 4 cars. House is next to a playground for kids and tennis/pickle ball, basketball and you can rent a row boat/canoe within walking distance (about 10 mins walk). Great communication with host. Would love to visit again.

We had a fun family trip— this property is in a great location, with a lake and park within walking distance, lots of nearby hikes, and a cute town just a short drive away. The property met the needs of our large group (lots of bedrooms)— note that there’s one indoor gathering space, as the first floor is a combination kitchen, dining room, and living room with the house’s only TV. Our group couldn’t easily split up while hanging out indoors, but luckily, there was plenty to do outside! I recommend renting a canoe at Rip Van Winkle Lake— the park also has pickleball courts, basketball, volleyball, and a skate park area (bring your own gear for these activities). The hosts were responsive and check-in was easy. We had a lovely stay!
