Located just minutes from the beach in the beautiful Spanish Wells area on Hilton Head Island, you will love the quiet, private yet convenient location. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 48 Pink Sand is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Equipped with a chef’s kitchen, stainless steel appliances, upgraded LG refrigerator that has triple water filtration and makes craft ice… this kitchen offers every thing you need for cooking as well as plenty of space for your friends and family to mingle after a day at the beach.
Open floor plan, electric fireplace for ambiance and a beautiful private patio are just some of the features you will enjoy in this home.
On level two, you will find the master suite with King bed, ensuite bathroom, large tiled walk in shower and closet. In addition, relax, read a book, or work if you must… in the meditation room adjacent to this gorgeous master suite.
Two additional guest rooms- one with a King Bed and the other a Queen are located on the 2nd floor. These rooms share a large full bathroom just down the hall.
Finally, on the top level you will discover a room children and adults will enjoy- with 2 Queen beds and full private bathroom. This room also has the fun stuff…. A video game from the 80’s… Galaga and an X Box for your enjoyment. Board games also provided.
Each room has its own 43” TV and 55” for master bedroom and living room.

House as very clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children. Contacting the host was easy. Takes about 8 minutes to get to coligny beach where there's free parking and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Tanger outlet, sams, walmart all minutes away from condo.I would give it more stars if i could.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again! There was plenty of room for 4 couples and the layout of the house was great. It was in a good location and close to everything. Would highly recommend if you have a large group!

They answered alll of our questions. The unit was very welcoming, clean, design was lovely, all the rooms had televisions, all well equipped, nice towels and plenty of linens, the beds were quite comfortable. Would certainly stay again.

Unable to park in garage. Per info on rental it claimed garage parking!
