Welcome to Altare (SV), an authentic village nestled in the Ligurian hills: here, you’ll find peace, sleep better, and especially in summer, enjoy cooler nights than on the coast. It’s a convenient base for those departing from or returning to Savona or Vado Ligure ferry and cruise ports.

The apartment is in the historic center, on the second floor of a period building. You’ll find a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, electric oven, microwave, small fridge, kettle), plus Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet with bidet function.

If you love both sea and nature, this is the right place: you can quickly reach the beaches of Varazze, Bergeggi, and Spotorno, as well as charming villages like Noli and Varigotti. The Glass Museum, Altare’s pride, is just steps away. For hiking enthusiasts, the area is close to the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri trails and scenic paths through woods and ridges.

Looking for a different day trip? Altare is the perfect gateway to Piedmont: Langhe and Roero are ideal for tastings, picturesque villages, and rolling hills.

Cyclists are welcome: the area is great for biking and offers overnight bike storage. Experience Liguria by day and truly rest at night.
