Welcome to Casina di Marnie, a cozy ground-floor apartment with a private terrace and Wi-Fi, just steps from the sea in Balestrate, Palermo.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment stays naturally cool during the summer, making it an ideal retreat on hot Sicilian days. In spring and summer, natural light fills the rooms with a warm, inviting glow. On cloudy days, the light is softer, as is often the case in ground-floor homes.

You have access to the upper-floor terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing, or working in peace thanks to the Wi-Fi connection. There’s also a kitchen on the terrace level for added convenience during your stay.

The location is excellent: supermarket and bakery just 70 meters away, street parking directly in front of the apartment. In just 3 minutes on foot, the romantic fishermen’s staircase leads you to a charming little beach.

You will be welcomed with care and attention for a truly unforgettable stay.
