5 stars for our host, Mark, who responded quickly and addressed our concerns. We enjoyed Encantada resort amenities with the pools and walking path.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this property. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout worked well for our group, and the location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The only minor downside was that the sofas were not very comfortable and could use replacement, especially for evenings spent indoors. That said, this was a small issue and did not take away from an otherwise great experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.
