The place was lovely and just what we needed for a week at a conference in Renton.

My sister and I stayed while we attended some concerts in Tacoma and Seattle. Property was quiet and suites our needs perfectly.

We were dealing with the estate of a deceased relative and needed a convenient base of operations and this worked perfectly. It had nice sized bedrooms with comfortable desks in each room, and a clean kitchen that covered the basics which was just what we were looking for. Mason responded quickly to our inquiries and was a lovely host.

While the place is comfortable for 4, there are a few items that could be improved. There were only 3 dining chairs, the mattresses are very thin and we could feel the frame slats, the towels were very thin and non-absorbant, and it was difficult to tell what heaters actually worked. The owner was great to work with and communications were quick.
