Villa Suzanne is an exceptional holiday villa located in La Garde Freinet (Provence-Alpes/Côte d’Azur). This house has a unique location in the middle of lovely natural surroundings, with the sea and beach in lively Saint-Maxime, Grimaud or Saint-Tropez about 10km away.
In the morning you can walk to the bakery in the very typical and charming town of La Garde Freinet with its delicious little restaurants, lovely shops and very Provençal atmosphere. Delightful!
The holiday house in on a hillside offering fabulous panoramic views of the natural surroundings and the town. The many terraces and quality outdoor furniture make it too good to be true.
The outdoor kitchen is fully-fitted (barbecue, induction cooker, sink) allowing you to have a lovely dinner at the large table on the covered terrace while enjoying the wonderful view.
A fine way to relax is by the heated swimming pool (9,4 x 4,25 m - 145cm depth - heated from May 1st), or by enjoying a drink at the pool house bar (fridge, dishwasher) at the large refectory table. Try the sauna (available from 15/11 until 15/03) or just enjoy the view. A delightful moment guaranteed with family or friends.
Playing around with the children in the large garden and have a game of pétanque. Villa Suzanne offers it all. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes magical thanks to the many lights.
The interior is also something to write home about. The fittings are luxurious, modern and special care was given to detail. Everything has been looked into and quality materials were used.
The large living room with lovely views and a romantic little balcony is delightful. The exceptional kitchen is a dream for foodies. The kitchen has big sliding windows that lead out to a covered terrace with a lovely outdoor kitchen.
This holiday villa definitely has it all! A great location, a modern interior, a delightful garden, fantastic terraces and a fabulous view. What else? Villa Suzanne has everything for unforgettable holidays both in summer and winter.
Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.45/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination. The rates for linen, cleaning and accommodation costs are always subject to sudden price increases/adjustments regarding energy or other costs.

We had a great stay at Villa Suzanne. We were 2 families and the house is plenty big enough. It’s new, well decorated, great pool area and garden with magnificent views.
It’s quite remote, 25 min walk to LGF so you will need a car to leave the property.
My only criticism would be the logistics of rental.
We got our contract quite late and close to the rental week.
I was surprised that checkin was 5pm and checkout 9am.
Electricity was extra (€300 for a week) which is expensive.
A large damage deposit was taken from my card which was irritating.
Would stay at the property again.

If anything, the photos of this property do not do it justice. It was even more beautiful that we expected and the location is wonderful. It was very well equipped and the pool and outdoor area was fabulous. The property manager was on right nearby and quick to respond to any questions.

Just returned from a week away at Villa Suzanne. The house was everything we had hoped for. The welcome, and ongoing communication from Eric, the main contact, was brilliant. He was very friendly and was very helpful with our issues regarding no air con in the living area. Although this was not resolved he did everything he could during our stay. The house was very well equipped and the views are gorgeous. The only downside for us was a miscommunication when booking regarding if the garden was secure. I would not recommend the property if you have an inquisitive dog. The garden is not secured so we spent the first few days trying to retrieve our dog from all of the neighbouring properties. Other than that the house was perfect.
If the owners decide to fence the property on all sides we would 100% be back.
