A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
A classic Chautauqua Institution rental! Initially built in the Chautauqua Institution in 1890, the original St. Elmo Hotel building was torn down and rebuilt as a residential condominium. It now offers the convenience of an elevator making access easier to your unit. Intermezzo Restaurant and the St. Elmo Day Spa are also located in the building. This efficiency unit has a living area with a King bed, full kitchen and full bathroom with shower/tub. Cool off in the central A/C or enjoy the breeze from your private porch facing the brick walkway. Directly adjacent to Bestor Plaza and just a short walk from the Amphitheater, the Bookstore and many other points of interest, this centrally located condo is a great place for your next Chautauqua Institution rental. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available upon request. **NO SMOKING/PETS/PARKING** *Rents Saturday to Saturday*
Parking is available at the CHQ Main Lot. A parking pass must be purchased through the CHQ Institution.
