Located on the Atlantic coast in Charente Maritime, in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, the villa 'Soleil Couchant' is by the sea, on Platin beach (50 m away), and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
This 320 m² villa, which is typical of 'Belle Epoque' architecture (1912), has been completely refurbished in 2010 while preserving the character and charm of this exceptional mansion. On the South-East side, the atmosphere is in line with the peace of its private park of 1,800 m² planted with pine trees, holm oaks and strawberry trees.
The house can accommodate up to 20 people. The living rooms are spacious. It is heated to receive you in any season.

Wendy bedroom: 1 Queen Size bed of 180x200 cm, en-suite shower room, balcony with view over the ocean.

Thank you very much for the nice stay. We had a great time. The rooms in the first and second floor are very bright and big. The rooms in the lower etage
(seems to be a basement) are much cooler but not as bright. The building is old and a few things were not working at end of the week.
Very nice garden and a nice beach near by. For surfing we had to drive around 30min to another beach.
The sunsets are priceless!
