Kitchen was ok, had basics. Found 2 live roaches, 1 in bedroom, 1 on kitchen counter. Very off putting. Area was quiet. Thought from ad presentation, area was closer to a beach and dock.

6 / 10

House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Very dated and needs some updating to make it more comfortable. Clear that it was very very cheaply furnished and is extremely sparse. Feels like the absolute minimum. Main bathroom shower could use some work. You can get a nice shower head for less than $50. Feels a bit overpriced for how dated everything is - especially in the off season. A railing needs to be added to the front porch, nothing to hold onto anywhere. Clearly used to be one but was cut off? A decent stay - especially since there aren’t a lot of places to stay in the area. Owners please put a little more effort into it, it has so much potential!
