2026 Beach Restoration Update
The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.
We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.
Breathtaking ocean views from every room!
This lovely second floor villa has a full ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and screened porch! There is hardwood floors throughout the villa, new windows and a sliding glass doors to better take in the ocean views and natural light. The bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom was just updated with a brand new tile shower. Both the living room and master bedroom have TV's. The living room has a Smart TV as well as cable to enjoy Netflix and other streaming options. There is a pullout couch for additional guests in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with a café table in the kitchen and counter top seating for a quick meal after beach or pool time! There is a drip coffee maker in the unit. The condo also has a small, stackable washer and dryer. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter supply of paper products and detergents.
Enjoy the surrounding areas of Wild Dunes offering two championship golf courses, wildlife, miles of bike paths, and pristine beaches. Just a short drive to Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston where you can explore historical attractions and dine at great restaurants.
All reservation (3-21 nights) with receive a $250 credit to VayK Life for renting beach gear!

Property was very clean which is top requirement for me. Property is accurately portrayed in ads. My only peeve was that the kitchen cabinets need a serious upgrade. Overall, the location was perfect, only a very few steps from the beach. We were on the second floor, but the building had an elevator which was great for unloading/reloading all our stuff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was comfortable. On the beach. Good drive to stores but could walk to club house to eat or cook.

Carolina One was fantastic to work with. Great communication about issues with this location. Negatives: This unit really needs some upgrades. Ceiling was leaking, the bed was off level, trash can was busted up, patio furniture needs to be replaced, low water pressure, and the pool area was filthy. Looking at the other properties here, we will not be choosing this one next time.Positives: Proximity to the beach was unmatched. We spent most of our stay on the beach or sitting on the patio looking at.... the beach.
