We had the best time! Originally we thought itd be just a nice place to sleep while we explored the area, i couldnt get my kids to leave. In fact they begged us to move in. We cant wait to stay again!

The stay was fantastic our family and close friends got together to celebrate our first grand daughters 21st birthday. It was so relaxing. Being able to find a place to accommodate our other kids and grandkids was great. The house was so fun and all the little nostalgia things made it even better.

A total time-capsule perfectly kept! The furniture was comfortable in the areas you wanted to hang out, the decorative pieces were in great condition and from the late 50’s/early 60’s.You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, but town is just down the road. River is in the backyard, the hot tub was in perfect condition, kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a large group, & the property overall was very comfortable. It’s old though, so lots of creaks & quirks but that made it very much like a home. Lots of sitting areas and space for kids/adults to separate when wanted or hang together. Showers were a bit to be desired as the house was built with baths in mind, but a small price of lack of luxury to pay for a unique place!Note - the basement has a complete “apartment” with a bed, TV/couch, bathroom. Also a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, & other game tables!
