Caveats to 5 star rating: - Towel situation is a bit grim. We had 2 adults, a 14 Y.O., and a 6 Y.O., and a total of 4 towels, 4 wash clothes. Definitely need to bring your own towels for pool and beach, and be prepared to do laundry for fresh bathroom towels.- Condo needs a fresh coat of paint throughout and some updates. I can't say I blame the owners for not addressing the paint since it would probably be destroyed again after a few stays by oblivious guests. - We stayed during the second week of June (things may be different at different times of the year). The condo pool does not get any early morning sun (none before 10 AM), nor do you get to see a sunrise in the condo thanks to the neighboring Hilton tower. - The condo pool is pretty small, but is decent enough.- Definitely bring your own soap (hand and shower) and toilet paper, especially the latter if you're there for a stay longer than a few days. Given the phenomenal price, the size of the condo, the view, and the location, the aforementioned issues weren't subatantial enough for us to downgrade to 4 stars. If you spend most of your time on the beach and/or out and about seeing the sights of the area, this condo has just enough with its pool to make for a fantastic trip. No issues with the Wi-Fi, either.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The property was spacious, well-maintained, and offered spectacular views. Kevin was extremely easy to work with and was very accommodating, including allowing flexibility with our checkout time due to our later flight. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this property.

The location and view of this condo is amazing. However, it is in need of updating and painting. We were very disappointed to see the condition of the dirty carpet and furniture. The place needed a dusting as well. The walls were in need of painting. The overall place needed cleaning and refreshing.There were no complimentary products except soap and a dishwasher pod. It was a great location and has great potential. It just needs some love.
